He was very though and informative throughout the entire home inspection. As we hoped, he went up onto the roof and up into the attic. Both my claint and I were very satisfied with the inspection and the report. He pointed out serious issues that were not easily observable and therefore critical to my cleint decision to back out of this translation. I would not hesitate to use him again. He saved my cleint from a lot of serious future problems had the deal gone forward. His work is much appreciated. It was worth every penny.

Greg was absolutely fantastic to deal with. He was so friendly and patient making sure to walk me and my entire family through all of his observations and feedback. He was extremely detailed and even answered our many questions throughout. Not only would I highly recommend Carson Dunlop I would say absolutely that Greg so amazing to deal with throughout the entire inspection and made myself and my family feel at ease.

Hal is truly one of a kind, the only inspector I ever want to work with. He never misses a detail, no matter how long it takes, and he always takes the time to educate me and my clients throughout the process. Excellent inspector. Josh was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was personable and encouraged us to be a part of his inspection so we would really understand the process and any issues that he found.
