Karen Yolevski is Chief Executive Officer of Carson Dunlop, a Canadian leader in home inspection, property assessment, and education. She guides the company’s strategic growth and operations across its residential, commercial, franchise, and education divisions. Carson Dunlop is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Co-operators.

Previously, Karen was Chief Operating Officer of Royal LePage’s corporate brokerages, where she led operations across multiple regions and advanced initiatives to improve performance, efficiency, and service quality. Earlier roles in real estate, title insurance, and financial technology reflect her strong track record of innovation and business transformation.

Karen began her career in law, specializing in real estate and corporate advisory work, before moving into executive leadership. Recognized by Storeys as one of Ontario’s most influential real estate leaders, she is known for her strategic perspective, collaborative leadership, and ability to guide organizations through change. Beyond her role at Carson Dunlop, Karen supports the growth of Canada’s real estate and PropTech sectors through mentorship and industry engagement.

Alan Carson lives and breathes home inspections. Since co-founding Carson Dunlop in 1978, he has dedicated his career to advancing the profession. He is a founding member of the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors and the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors, and he served as Past President of the American Society of Home Inspectors.

Alan believes Carson Dunlop is ultimately in the communication business: making complex building concepts simple so homeowners can protect the most important financial and lifestyle investment of their lives.

Richard brings over 20 years of sales leadership experience across consumer finance, home improvement, and energy sectors. Before joining Carson Dunlop, he led national sales teams at Just Energy, Simply Group, and Financeit, driving double-digit growth through innovative strategies, data-driven insights, and strong partner relationships.

At Carson Dunlop, Richard is focused on building high-performing teams, fostering a client-first culture, and guiding the company through its next phase of growth.

As Chief Technology Officer, Michael Lane leads technology strategy, cybersecurity, and product modernization across Carson Dunlop’s three business lines. With more than 25 years of experience leading mission-critical initiatives in insurance, telecommunications, and financial services, he is recognized for balancing pragmatic execution with strong risk management.

Michael’s focus on secure, scalable systems enables Carson Dunlop to deliver reliable technology that supports exceptional customer experience.

Richard Weldon, a professional engineer, has been with Carson Dunlop since 1987. After starting in home inspections, he moved into commercial building inspections, and in 1997 became a partner in Carson Dunlop Weldon & Associates Ltd. (CDW).

CDW specializes in Property Condition Assessments, Sustainability Audits, and Reserve Fund Studies for condominiums. Its engineering services also support property owners with structural and building envelope repairs and restorations.

Richard is the lead facilitator for commercial inspection training programs across North America and has served the Association of Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) as both Regional Councillor and Councillor-at-Large.

Junaid brings over 15 years of leadership experience in operations, customer experience, and business transformation across education, telecommunications, and smart home industries. Before joining Carson Dunlop, he held senior roles at The Royal Conservatory of Music, Frontier Networks, and Bell Canada, where he led large teams, streamlined operations, and drove measurable improvements in efficiency and client satisfaction.

At Carson Dunlop, Junaid focuses on strengthening cross-functional performance, building scalable systems, and driving the company’s continued growth and innovation. He holds an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and is passionate about developing future leaders through mentorship and collaboration.

David Stamper is the President and Chief Financial Officer of National Property Inspections, Inc. (NPI), where he leads the company’s operations, financial strategy, and long-term growth initiatives. In his dual leadership role, he oversees daily business performance while guiding the organization’s strategic vision.

David fosters a culture of collaboration, integrity, and shared success, with a strong commitment to franchise development through training, mentoring, and supporting franchise owners to help them build successful, sustainable inspection businesses.

Urszula is a seasoned leader in finance transformation, with over 20 years of experience advancing strategic financial planning, systems integration, and operational excellence across multiple industries. She has spearheaded enterprise-wide initiatives, including multi-million dollar savings programs and long-term FP&A transformations.

Her career spans work with global organizations, where she has navigated cross-border integrations, centralized finance operations, and collaborated across diverse cultural and regulatory environments. A Chartered Professional Accountant with a foundation in Accounting and IT, Urszula is recognized for building high-performing teams, streamlining processes, and delivering transformative solutions that align financial outcomes with strategic objectives.
