Meet David Frost, a member of the Carson Dunlop Home Inspection team and a Registered Home Inspector (RHI). David is experienced, knowledgeable, and committed to helping clients become more informed about their homes, whether they are buying, selling, or interested in general maintenance. As an engineer, husband, and father, David focuses on both the theoretical and practical aspects in his approach to Home Inspection. David is very thorough, technically oriented, and professional when inspecting homes. At Carson Dunlop we recognize the need to earn your business by delivering exceptional customer service, through David and our team, one inspection at a time.
DF: “I’ve always been interested in homes and architecture. After graduating from the University of Toronto in 1983 as a Civil Engineer, I proceeded to gain more engineering experience inspecting large concrete structures. Once I obtained my designation as a Consulting Engineer in 1994, I pursued my passion for homes and joined Carson Dunlop.”
DF: “I wish homeowners knew that the design of their home impacts the performance of their home. There is no such thing as a perfectly designed home, so homeowners need to be aware of the pros and cons of the design of their home and how maintenance is critical in optimizing the performance of their home over its lifetime.”
DF: “How determined some raccoons can be to get into an attic. Sometimes the pest control guys need to come back multiple times to seal up all the access points they create!”
