“We found the inspection to be thorough covering all items. Inspector appeared to be knowledgeable about all aspects, i.e. plumbing, electrical, construction. All questions were answered clearly in layman’s language and the entire process was not rushed. The other inspector while not taking the primary role did his thing separately (electrical) for the most part and came back with his findings. The final report missed nothing that we had talked about and we find that the recommendations made with an urgency score for each to be very helpful.
