In
partnership with Carson Dunlop & Associates, we are offering
a ten subject Home Inspection program. The program incorporates
the Standards of Practice of ASHI (American Society of
Home Inspectors). The program is based on curriculum developed
by ASHI in conjunction
with Columbia Assessment Services Inc., as a result of their
Role Delineation Study of the home inspection profession.
The Standards of Practice define a minimum and uniform standard
for private home inspectors. Home inspections performed to
these standards provide the client with information regarding
the condition
of the systems and components of the home as inspected.
This uniquely comprehensive program has also been adopted by
the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).
