Energy Audit and Retrofit Rebate
Programs
The Government of Ontario is accepting new entrants to the Ontario Home Energy Savings program. This program grants Ontario homeowners rebates of up to $5,000 for home energy improvements. To qualify you need a home energy audit before you upgrade. Ontario will continue to fund new pre-retrofit audits. This means we will continue to pay 50% of your home's energy audit, up to $150. Audits will qualify you for up to $5,000 in provincial retrofit grants. Please continue to check back here for further information and updates. To qualify you need a home energy evaluation before you upgrade Ontario is open for business.

Alberta Climate Change Central
In Alberta, it is business as usual respective to Provincial grant program. To access the Province of Alberta grants, homeowners will continue to have pre and post-retrofit evaluations performed by licensed Service Organizations and certified Energy Advisor's with the applicable data being transferred to Climate Change Central by NRCan. Climate Change Central has confirmed that Alberta will continue to offer the current rebates of $100.00 against the cost of pre and post retrofit evaluations. Through the
Natural Resources Canada ecoENERGY Retrofit -
Homes program, significant cost savings are now
available to Ontario homeowners. While there
are many programs and incentives, this partial
list includes some highlights that we believe
provide the greatest return on investment.
Saving energy now makes a lot more financial
sense for homeowners because several levels of
government and several utilities are offering
enhanced incentive programs.
Assistance is available from several groups,
but it is not always easy to find all of the
sources of help. Carson Dunlop has simplified
the situation, which saves you time and points
you in the right direction.

Royal Flush Toilet
Program - Guelph - Get a $40 rebate when you replace your old toilets that have
a flush volume of 13 litres or more with new 6-litre low flush toilets. A $60
rebate is available for dual-flush toilets or high-efficiency (4.8 litres or

Region of Peel
Toilet Rebate Program - Get a $60 rebate when you replace your old, inefficient
toilet with an eligible water-efficient 6-litre toilet. Rebates of $100 are

TAPS
program - Get free delivery and installation of a
water-saving kit and energy-efficient light bulbs. Homeowners must use natural
