Dave has also been the Tutor of our Home Inspector Training System since 1999. David‘s extensive background includes: Graduated from the University of Toronto, with a BASc Civil Engineering in 1983 National Certificate Holder Thousands of inspections since 1994 Member RHI (Registered Home Inspector) of OAHI (Ontario Association of Home Inspectors) 97% Rated as Excellent or Very Good

David Frost is a licensed Professional Engineer, and he has been designated a Consulting Engineer by PEO since 1994. David is one of the company’s most senior inspectors. Prior to 1994, David had eight years experience inspecting and rehabilitating large buildings and structures.
