How do I book an Inspection?

We encourage you to plan ahead and reserve your inspection appointment with us three days in advance of the day that you require your inspection.

Getting Started

Please ensure you have some of the important information available when you call us or book online:

• Approximate age of the house
• Approximate size of the house
• Your contact information
• Your agent's contact information
• Any special requests/considerations
  

Our Hours of Operation

• 8:00am to 8:00pm Monday to Friday
• 8:30am to 4pm Saturday
• 10:00am to 4pm Sunday

Our Fees

We base our fees on a combination of the age and size of each home.

• Home Buyers - Pre-purchase Inspections start at $440.00 + GST
• Home Sellers - Pre-listing Inspections start at $495.00 +GST
• Larger/Older Homes - require more time and are priced accordingly

Our customer service personnel will confirm all of your booking details with you.

Additional Inspection Services

• Condo Apartment = $370.00 + GST
• Pre-Listing Inspection Walk-through = $199.00 +GST
• Basement Apartment = $25.00 on top of base inspection fee
• MULTIPLEX = Please contact us by phone for a quote

• Personal Cheques (accepted with proper ID. No third party cheques please)

Cancellation Policy

We recognize that things move quickly and change often during the sale or purchase of a home and we maintain as much flexibility as we can with our clients in terms of accepting cancellations. We do however require reasonable notice from our clients for cancellations in order that we may reschedule your cancelled appointment with another interested client.
