The Inspection Report

  • Our inspector will document our findings in clear concise terms and provide an interim summary at the end of the inspection which allows the inspector to answer any questions our client or their agent may have.
  • In addition, within 24 hours the inspector will prepare a more detailed report. This report will include relevant photos, color illustrations explaining components, and links to relevant reference materials. It can also be downloaded and saved, to be shared with others.

  • This is an easy-to-use manual containing 400 informative pages and over 160 illustrations, with detailed chapters on each of the main components in your home.
