Monday - Friday 8am-8pm
Saturday - 8:30am-4pm

Our Fees

We base our fees on a combination of the age and size of each home. A typical inspection costs $495.00.

Additional Inspection Services

  • Condo Apartment = $349.00 + GST
  • Pre-Listing Inspection Walk-through = $249.00 + GST
  • Basement Apartment = $25.00 on top of base inspection fee
  • MULTIPLEX = Please contact us by phone for a quote
